Rose Molina, LICSW
I have been providing outpatient therapy services since 2008. I utilize a wide array of therapy approaches but primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT): Can help people cope with stress, improve emotional regulation, and work on relationships.
Interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT): Can help build relationship skills.
Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT): May increase awareness of thoughts and emotions.
I believe therapy has a purpose in all of our lives. We have the opportunity to continuously grow throughout our life. Through trials and tribulations therapy can assist you in navigating fostering coping strategies, developing and/or ending relationships and how to self advocate. I meet my clients where they are ready to start and develop goals that are realistic and attainable.
The current circumstance of a pandemic and national mental health crisis, I have begun seeing adult clients and have enjoyed it thoroughly. This has led me to open my practice to include adult services.

I have worked the majority of my career with children and youth of all ages living with Autism and/or co-related disorders ie: ADHD, ODD, OCD, Depression and Anxiety. I carry a certification in Autism Education and have assisted many of my families in collaborating and advocating with schools/school teachers in streamlining educational and social emotional learning goals.
I am currently a part of a Trauma informed fellowship expanding my knowledge and practice of trauma informed care and practices.
On my off time I thoroughly enjoy working out and spending time with my family.
