Moms On A Mission
The Moms On A Mission (MOMS) Program is coached by Cachi and Rose geared towards helping moms find fitness, nutrition and overall healthy habits a daily occurrrence. The MOMS program offers a 6 week fitness program including personalized nutrition planning, weekly inbody scans, weekly personal training and small group training. The program includes a very engaging accountability group fostering friendships in fitness like no other.
Fit Camp is an 8 week program led by Coach Luis and Rose combining
boxing and strength training to meet your fitness goals.
The program includes 2 weekly small groups, weekly personal training and 4 InBody scans. Each participant will receive nutrition planning and guidance.All participants have all access memberships to our facility and will bea part of a la accountability group.
Adult boxing classes run Monday and Wednesday’s 6:30-7:30pm offering boxing and strength and core training.
Kids boxing and fitness classes run Monday and Wednesday’s 5:30-6:30pm. These classes offer strength, agility and boxing training.
