M.O.M.
Moms On A Mission

The Moms On A Mission (MOMS) Program is coached by Cachi and Rose geared towards helping moms find fitness, nutrition and overall healthy habits a daily occurrrence. The MOMS program offers a 6 week fitness program including personalised nutrition planning, weekly inbody scans, measurements, weekly personal training and small group training. The program includes a very engaging accountability group fostering friendships in fitness like no other.

ADULT BOXING

Adult boxing classes run Monday and Wednesday’s 6:30-7:30pm offering boxing and strength and core training.
KIDS BOXING

Kids boxing and fitness classes run Monday and Wednesday’s 5:30-6:30pm. These classes offer strength, agility and boxing training.
Fitness Classes

Fitness classes run Monday - Saturday’s. These classes offer strength, and agility .
