We will use a variety of exercises, including weights, bodyweight, and resistance bands, to target all of your major muscle groups. The class will start with a warm-up, followed by a series of strength-training exercises, and then a cool-down. In addition to strengthening your muscles, this class will also help to improve your balance, coordination, and flexibility. We will focus on exercises that work your core, which is the foundation of your entire body. A strong core will help you to improve your posture, reduce your risk of injury, and make everyday activities easier. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. If you are new to exercise, we will start you with modified exercises that you can gradually progress to more challenging ones. If you are an experienced exerciser, we will challenge you with more advanced exercises. We will also provide you with modifications for any exercises that you are unable to do due to injury or other limitations
